Rephresh - what's the rules?

Never used this before..how do I use this for swaying pink...how often ..my AF should end in two days or so.

Question - haven't you been trying for a while?? (sorry if I have u mixed up with someone else)

I usually have people DROP RepHresh after a month or two, not add it in! So i just want to be sure on that front before responding because my suggestions will vary depending on how long youve been trying.

I've only tried one month now with no success and I don't have PCOS. My cycles are regular. I was going to use this plus a it of sylk since I need some lube.

RepHresh is honestly a terrible lube. If this is for swaying, it hasn't worked (equal numbers of people getting girls with and without it) and it really cuts odds of conception. If this is for better lubrication, just use the Sylk.

If you really really want to use the RepHresh, then after AF ends use an applicator every 3 days stopping 12-24 hours before you plan to attempt. Do NOT use it any closer than that. Then use the Sylk for lube with attempt, using either a good squirt about 1 hour before you BD OR using a small amount on DH as a lube (not both)

Then you still have attempt that night, just resist the temptation to use more.

Sorry atomic one more question...how does the every 3 day work. So i just did my first applicator today August 11th do I then so my 3rd applicator on the 14th or 13th?

Please give me a few days before bumping. I answer from oldest posts to newest, and when you bump, the post goes to my "new" posts and actually makes it take longer for me to get back to you. While I do on occasion start to answer a post and then have to close down without replying (and in that case a bump is invaluable) most of the time I've just not had enough hours in the day to get thru all the questions. Since I want you guys to get replies as quickly as poss, not bumping too soon makes sure I'll get to you that much faster. :)

I'd do the applicator on the 14th for better odds of conception, 13th for possibly better sway (but this pattern will likely reduce odds of conception)
