DHA vs EPA - do they sway boy?

I'm a little confused about DHA vs EPA - and whether they sway boy? I have read on this forum that atomic took them for her boys who ended up with better eyesight!

I am choosing from a number of DHA supps, some are DHA heavy, some are EPA heavy. They all seem to come combined. What is the difference?

Well I don't KNOW that that is why my littlez have better eyesight than my bigz do but that is one thing I did differently. :)

They are both Omega 3's and both good, so please do get a blend. YOu will want to avoid the ones that have Omega 6 and 9 or ALA in them as those fats may sway pink.
