u/s at 16 weeks.... boy!?

My twin sister has three boys. She had a 16 week u/s done today. The tech said boy. It looks pretty clear that it is a boy... but what do you think please??

Yes she is ok. :) She really thought this baby was going to be a girl, but she is happy and in love! :)
