I think I've got low progesterone - cant believe it! What causes it?
I've been experimenting with girl sway diet for a few months. I didn't go very strictly and would still eat many things that aren't in the list anyway. All I'm sure about my girl sway diet about is that I've completely turned away from being an all salad leaves eater to pasta and rice eater. I've completely ditched most fruits and vegs on daily basis, I would still eat them but only in smaller amounts or if they are hidden in a dish. But as I go along doing the girl diet I find that my af cycle has gone shorter than before. I now have 25-27 days cycle and I am not even sure if my luteal phase is 14 days anymore. I think it's gone shorter than that. Does the girl sway diet Lower my progresterone? I thought its supposed to make it higher? Also I've been spotting 1-2 days before AF.
Another diet change I made is that I drink instant coffee nearly everyday and drink coke 2-3x/week. Too much caffeine probably?
So should I take vit b6 or progesterone cream or vitex? I am not ttc yet so what to do to increase my progresterone safely?
