I would keep doing exactly what you have already been doing and possibly add in some light weight training if you feel up to it. Try to get as much rest as you can and do what you need to do to recover.
What is your husband doing?? Anythign?? I would have him for sure releasing every 2-4 days, either on his own or with you, with a condom, to make sure he's making a good level of healthy sperm. Since sperm take about 75 days to form it is never too soon to start this! I have my full guide to swaying after a loss here:
