Pure Vegetarian TTC Boy help please!!

From diving into GD I got soo much wealth of information , first of all thanks so much to you for all this help you are extending :)
I have been reading all the threads for some time now and I would say I feel blessed to land here. I was soooo confused with all the info available across internet and so relieved now to have found your inputs. I have discarded and unlearned all the other info now and follow only GD info.
We have a beautiful girl ( 20 months) already and we want to TTC Boy this time.With our girl we conceived with 1st and only attempt.
Last cycle we wanted to try 1st time for boy ( It was a full moon day combined with my O day and with all the false info I had , we wanted to BD just once on O day for boy. Also abstained for more than 1 week to follow shettels).
With all the pressure to make it work on O + full moon, DH could not even finish how may ever times we tried the whole night and next day morning.It was so frustrating whole day with full of body pains :( but no luck we could not even BD so we lost that attempt :mad:.I think this happend for my good as I was not fully equipped with correct info on swaying and was doing things wrongly I guess.
Only after that day which was 3 weeks back, I discarded all info I got from internet ( not having milk,thinking of only 1 attempt on O day etc) and started following only GD and nothing else.
So I started eating HE diet ( Im thinking so) from 4 weeks. Have gained few kilos already guessing 2-3 kgs . (My BMI is 25 normally)
Im on my period now and want to try this cycle again.My ovulation is normally late around 20-21 CD ( around 2.5 weeks from now)
I made changes to my diet a lot and following the below mentioned now:
1) Im following a ritual due to which I'm eating only pure vegetarian ( no eggs too) from 35 days. Prior to that I was eating chicken 2 times a week but no other meat. May be was eating fish once in 2-3 weeks.
2)Now - Morning 1 cup of whole milk with slight coffee powder after waking up.
2)After 2 hours on the way to work,having Avacado sandwich for breakfast or shredded wheat with whole milk and 1 tb spoon of Peanut butter and 1 tb spoon of home made mixed nut powder( Almonds,walnuts,cashews,peanuts).
3)Banana after 1 hr of breakfast.
4)Lunch with rice and veggies /greens curry.Will add a cup of sprouts some times. Pasta once a week.
5)Carrot and Cucumber 1 serve 1 hr after lunch.
6)5-6 Almonds,4 Dates,3 dried Apricots together as snack after 1 hr. (Almonds as protein here)
7)Bit of Apple , Orange or Kiwi with plain yogurt after 1.5 hr of nuts( As to add protein as you suggested).
8)After 1 hr of fruit , some snack may be 2 slices wheat bread with potato or butter.
9)A small cup of tea /coffee.
10)Dinner mostly Indian bread with veg curry ( may be lentils,beans /mushrooms / potato /Broccoli / Green leaves). Will add sprouts some times.
11) 2 cups of normal Green tea with water 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
12) Another cup of milk with slight coffee powder either morning or afternoon
DW Supplements :
1 ) I used EPO for 3 weeks but after reading your post that EPO is not good for Vegetarians , I stopped it completely 2-3 weeks back.
2) Started Elevit prenatals 2 weeks back.
3)Started D Vit ( 1000 mg cap 1 per day), Fish oil ( Got only 1000 mg dosage so using 2 days once as you suggested 500 mg per day) , Blackmores Probiotics + ( 1 cap per day) - All these started only 2 days back.
DH Suppplements - Multivitamin using from 2 days. No exercise from 3 months as he hurt his leg. Food same as mine pure veg now. He does not want to eat fish oil / D vit. Saying multivitamins that he is taking will have everything required. No need to add too many supplements.
No smoking / No Alcohol both of us.
My Excercise:
Nothing but walking for 20 mins midday after lunch.
I know you suggested weights , but have never done in my life and as I want to TTC this cycle in 2 weeks I did not want to try this newly.
Now My questions :
1 )As Im having only veg - Do you think my food intake is fine? or should I up/ change anything here?
2)Are my supplements ok ? Given I have only started most of them just now.(2 weeks before TTC) - Does it help at all?
3)My period will stop from tomorrow , so planning to start BDing frequently(3-4 days once with protection) and 3 times with out protection on the night of + OPK,Next day morning and that night,and next 2-3 days later again. We are passive interms of sex and have only 1 week-2weeks once normally . If we incorporate the new strategy , given we have very less time , does it make any difference to DH's sperm count/ strength?
5) Can Sprouts or lentils be used as source of protein ? Im having them 2 times a day with lunch and dinner from 4 days. Can I continue this / should I change to something else?
6) I eat dark chocolate 2-3 bytes per day. Is this ok or can I increase it?
7)Can I add store bought protein bars? Does it help?
8) I worry over lil things normally and overthink on small things. Does it affect my sway?
