Weight loss and exercise questions
Hi again,
I am about 1 month into my pink sway. I have 3 boys. When they were conceived 8+ years ago I was on a high fat (cheese and butter) and protein (eggs) vegetarian diet. I am now a vegan but usually eat a nutritionally dense diet. For the sway I have cut the nutritional content of my diet and am eating mostly plain bagels for lunch, plain pasta with vegan butter for dinner, and also Diet Coke to keep from snacking. I’m already a coffee drinker and I’m sticking with it. I did add a little more diversity (veggies, fruits, and sweets) to my diet after ovulation but I plan to cut back again after my monthly cycle starts. I am still low calorie compared to my typical diet. I have drastically cut my calories but the over the last few days my weight loss has stopped. I’m wondering if this is typical PMS gain that I never noticed before. I feel and look thinner. I was low 120s and am now high 1-teens. I’m a little under 5ft 6in. Should I be concerned about the stall in weight loss? I’m also trying to decide if I should attempt in October or November. Mostly because this diet is hell. Thoughts?
Also I exercise about 3-6 times a week. I did not exercise a wink when I conceived my sons. However, my exercise is hot yoga. I really struggle with running injuries so as much as I love it I can’t. My heart rate does increase with yoga. Does yoga sway?
