Tentative pink lean but if early in the 12th week, the nub can still rise.

Yep too early for my liking - nub can still become boyish. Sweet baby. :)
Leaning girl but as Atomic mentioned it's a bit earlier than is ideal for guessing.
Would say girl for now!
