I bought some Saw Palmetto today. I am not sure it will make a difference as my O is next Tuesday, but I will see. I tried to find Vitex but couldn't find it.
The saw Palmetoo bottle says it is for males only? BUt it is safe for us to, I am assuming? What is the dosage I should take? Does it matter that there is B6 in it?
Also, should I give some to DH?
I don't know if it will have enough time to do anything but can't hurt. Take 320 mg. Yes it is safe for you to take, just stop after O. No do not give to dh.

You can't giv DH saw palmetto because it might lower his estrogen and estrogen in guys seems to sway pink. Licorice root is better for DH.
