Any cardio exercise (even walking) for 60 minutes, 4-7 days a week for DW. The target is to do it for 60 minutes straight, no stopping in the middle, no eating during it (you can eat either before or after, not both) While most of us do aim to lose at least a bit of weight, it's not the goal of exercise per se...the exercise sways on its own. Do not worry about how many cals you're burning or even think about that.
