Would love a girl after two boys

Hi everyone,

I have two beautiful boys and would really love to have a girl for my last bub. Unfortunately we lost a baby girl in between our two boys, at 23 weeks so was an incredibly hard time as she was a stillborn, but I guess the good thing is that I know that it is possible! I'm pretty sure I was eating about the same as when I conceived my two boys, so I'm hoping that if I change things up my chances will increase.

I'm a pretty healthy eater so a bit nervous about not getting lots of nutrients for my body! But looking around, some of the recipes look delicious!

So very sorry to hear of your loss. :heart:

Our nutrients stay in normal range, just at the lower end of normal. You are not going to be malnourished on LE Diet, I promise.

Thanks Atomic, looking forward to getting my plan! Any idea when this may be? I'm keen to try Nov/Dec so am trying to simply cut out meat and limit my eggs in the meantime

Really happy with my plan which you sent through thank you! However I'm just wondering if I'll also get the plan in the final format? I haven't gotten this through yet.

Also, I have a couple of questions about my sway plan; where do I post these to make sure I'm getting the service that comes with my plan (i.e. fast replies)? One question is that I have bought Olive Leaf Extract in liquid form for my hubby. It's got 22mg of Oleuropein per 5ml dose and just a bit confused the difference between this and 500-1000mg recommended daily?

With the liquid OLE I want you to follow the dose on the bottle. Different companies formulate their OLE differently and I feel most comfortable with you guys using their dosing guidelines rather than my trying to keep track of them all. :)
