Well not to start this thread off on a bad note, but this makes me feel even more depressed! Never in a million years did i think back in feb that i would still be on this f****** diet in dec!!

Sunset thanks for your kind words but there isnt even a glimmer of hope on either ic's or frer. Wish i knew what i could change in my sway without dropping any important bits. And how on earth did i get a bfp last month having left it well over 40hrs to attempt and using sudafed and dh on L.root. This cycle was way more sperm/egg friendly and i have been told so many times that you are more fertile after any kind of miscarriage.

Oh and hun, sorry its taking me sooooooo long to reply to your message, i will get to it!! X

Deaks ~ I so don't blame you hun! You've nearly been on the diet for a year.. I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating it must be.. it puts your life on hold unfortunately and i wouldn't blame you if you decided to just give up on the whole diet. I think I speak for all of us when I say that you are truly amazing for still doing the diet. I know I would have given up a long time ago!

Thanks hun, i just dont know what to do for the best. Think i might jack the diet in, stay on the acidiphilus (which seems to have lowered my ph further) and stick with the o+12. Either that or use rephresh or something. But i cant really be arsed to research it all again. My mind is feeling totally frazzled with it all and im starting to think stupid things like was it the lime that helped me get pg last month? so many people seem to have got pg whilst using it. stupid or what?! Think its time i packed it all in really and focused on what i already have.

Deaks I'm so sorry your feeling this way, if af does arrive maybe you could give yourself a break from the diet over Christmas and new year and then come back to it, give your body a good shake up and see if it helps at all, you have done nothing wrong, unfortunately even timing it all perfectly chances are always the same of falling of, I believe it's something like 30% chance each cycle.
I wish we could help, you have been very very strong but you are allowed to feel this way, it's only natural.

How about timing? would you DD on O day? How would you feel throwing timing out the window?

How about coming off of IG for a few months and switching to LE diet? A change is as good as a rest... Or just having a rest over X mas and start swaying in the new year with LMW?

To you what do you think is the most important sway factor and what is the least?

Deaks ~ I agree with the other ladies, perhaps you need to allow yourself a break over christmas and new years and just continue with the acidophilus, supps and acigel/replens or whatever you're comfortable with? or perhaps the LE diet on here is a possibility? I've still got my fx you get a bfp this month... it's not over until the witch shows her ugly face

So sorry Deaks (()). I felt exactly the same back in Aug and I started the diet in Jan.....it's bloody hard going in so many ways. Are you still doing the diet 100%? Maybe consider eating other foods but still sticking to the fundemental rules of the diet? I had the dilemma of how much do I want another baby and I spent along time trying to decide and considering calling it a day...but I didn't feel complete so I had to make the decision to keep ttc knowing my sway wouldnt be 100% if I fell pg and that's the decision you need to make Hun....not an easy one! They do say it's best not to do the diet for more than 12 mths so you're going to need to take a break soon anyway.....Xmas will be perfect for that.
What about doing a CO and 0+12 to increase your chances of getting pg?

Thanks ladies! I feel that if i come off the diet, i wont go back on. Im not willing to eat so badly for another year and it does feel like xmas/new year is the time to say enoughs enough with that side of things. I know they say timing is least important but in my case i really disagree. I have so much ewcm with a high ph (before the acidiohilus) that i can totally see why i have 2 boys. Maybe if i continue the acidiphilus and that continues to lower my ph and decrease my cm, i could possibly bd over ov. See why i ended up dtd over ov with preseed twice? i just cannot conceive any other way!!!
