Please help to find out nub..

Hi,

In this pic can anybody see a nub?Is it above the point marked by sonographer or below that.
I can see two white lines above the '+' symbol and two small lines below the '+' symbol.So confused about which is the nub?
Will the nub be too low or above.Anyone if have any thoughts,please share... :)

there's possibly a faint boy nub there, but it's not clear enough to tell unfortunately
