Help - BD Tonight!

Got my positive opk+ this morning (used the digital clear blue one). My CM is watery.

Hubby released yesterday morning. Should I get him to release before our attempt tonight?

He's 32.

Also I know positions don't seem to matter.. but any thoughts for those that have introvereted uterus? Should we stick to missionary? I think both my boys were conceived with either me being on top or doggy.

Also I did use replens 3 days ago and I should be doing an applicator tonight but is that not good since we are about to BD? and instead use it as a lube?

Are you doing daily release, regular release, or are you thinking of doing hurry up FR???

If you're doing daily or regular release, don't have him do another release today. If you are thinking of hurry up FR, then yes have him release once, dump it, then DTD again as quickly as he's able to but do be awaare that this has never been proven to sway and does really cut odds of conception.

I don't find that positions really sway even with retroverted uterus. Most believe missionary or woman on top to be more girl friendly than doggy but keep in mind pretty much every blue sway opposite (those who want girls, but got boys) were in people doing doggy since it's supposed to have that mystical blue friendly reputation. So it's not a magic bullet at all, stick wtih you on top or missionary, whichever you prefer. I got my girl with me on top and I have a retroverted uterus.

If you want to reup the RepHresh do it ASAP to let the excess make its way out before BD. If you don't see this till less than 8 hrs. before intercourse, I'd skip it and use some other lube (such as Acijel, Sylk, or KY) for a lube instead. RepHresh is a really terrible lube and most people find it makes sex difficult and unpleasant.

Hi Atomic.. I wish I knew eaxactly what regular vs frequent released meant.. but basically he masterbated yesterday Morning and has not done anything since (SORRY TMI!).. So I suppose we just jump right into d2d.. instead of him releasing on his own and then bd?

Also you mentioned rephresh but its actually replens that I used. I used an applicator 3 nights ago and I'm due to insert one today, yes or no? Or just use it as a lube instead.

Also - I noticed some cottage cheese like discharge. Because I got a positive opk+ could this mean the replens is working from 3 days ago.

regular release is having him release every 2-4 days before your attempt. Frequent release is having him release daily for 7-10 days before your attempt. I would just proceed with the attempt and not have him do anything.

Oh sorry I misread that. Replens is also a poor lube but you can try it that way if you want. Neither frequency nor jellies have worked so please just do what feels right to you...I'd not have had you use a big blob of jelly but if you did that's ok, people have still conceived that way, just that it's harder.

No that doesn't mean the Replens is still working. It causes that discharge but the discharge doesn't mean your pH is still down. Unlike RepHresh which is formulated to work for 3 days, we haven't found Replens has that same effect and whne using it you probably do need to use some sooner before attempt, more like 12-24 hours to get any effect from it. (although we have not found it to work anyway so I'd not stress over this.)
