+ ions & -ve ions

Which is good when we are ttc boy. I have heard that +ve ions. But i have very minium knowledge with this ion stuff.

Can any one explain how do i create +ve ions & how do i get rid of -ve ions.

I don't know a lot about ions, but some things i have read create +ve ones are

Burning incense sticks, Wearing gold, Using the computer and Mobile phone.

Allegedly + ions are good for a boy. But + ions are really super bad for you and I personally do not believe in any way, shape or form that bombarding yourself + ions are going to help you conceive a boy (or a baby at all really!!)

In fact, men who work around a lot of radiation and electromagnetic stuff (which IS pos ions) actually father MORE GIRLS.
