Hi and welcome! The things that have worked best for us are LE Diet 12 weeks or more plus fiber, coffee, alcohol, and giving up fortified foods and multivitamins; cardio exercise 60 minutes 6-7 days a week (no weight training if possible); one attempt, and Clomid or Femara if you can get them. For hubby, jogging/biking and smoking have been shown in studies, possibly OLE and soy milk may help a little.
You can do other things in addition to those but those are the things that have really worked best.
