Gosh that's a confusing pic, are there any more??

Sorry no more pics of bottoms.is it only cord in the pic...Near the knees of baby..In scan,I saw one turtle like shape hanging in the side front view of between legs..Is it boy parts or it could also be cord.similar like this but this one is from behind.,that one was from front.Attachment 40620Attachment 40620Attachment 40620

I just cannot tell what all I'm looking at and I just don't like to guess unless I have a very good feeling about what parts are what!
