Some of the ladies were asking about a stats thread for those who have done the Low Everything diet. I find this quite difficult because when we're looking at just one aspect we're not taking in to consideration that the other aspects we were doing may have been completely different to each other! However, I do see the benefit so I'll start a list and ladies who are happy to share please post below - let us know whether you're having a boy or a girl and which diet (LE/IG/FGD/Other) you followed. I think it's probably beneficial to also mention what dietary supplements (if any) you were taking (not herbs like Vitex, just the ones which add more nutrients) and maybe how long you were on the diet for before your BFP. If anybody has any other ideas let me know and we'll incorporate them.
I'll start off:
Girl
zanacal - LE diet for 3 months, no supplements.
Sunset - IG diet for 4-5 months with cranberry, calcium and magnesium supplements.
Boy
