I skipped breakfast everyday. I ate lunch around noon. I had usually 2 sometimes 3 meals a day. Rarely snacked. Averaged 1500 calories.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

I never drank coffee in my life. I drank 12 ounces black every morning. It gave me the energy to do my 60 min walk.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I skipped breakfast and stopped snacking so much. I’ve never eaten red meat with any of my boys so I feel like I should be a girl mom. But I snack like a boy mom. I also lost a lot of weight and exercised often. I always took gobs of vitamins before conceiving. Lots of vitamin d and prenatal. So not doing this was a first. I also breastfed my son until a month before my bfp

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I was a nervous wreck. I didn’t feel controlling, I just felt sick to stomach all the time with nerves that this would never work. I felt very anxious.

Things worth mentioning:

I love my 4 boys like crazy. I know a 5th would be just as loved. Now that it’s over and out of my hands, I feel less hopeless and more willing to accept whatever I get.
