Directions for taking Saw Palmetto and Vitex?

Is there a place where there are directions for taking SP and Vitex? Like when to start, when to stop, and how much to start off taking?

I'm going to try to grab mine in the next 2 weeks b/f AF comes. I'm assuming we need to waiting until CD1 to take these?

320 mg SP af-o only

everything else should be in the vitex thread.

my SP pills are 160 mg each, so I take on in the am and one in the pm to reach the 320 dosage. I take 1 SP and 1 vitex in the morning and one at night from AF-O but I took the vitex non stop for a few months before adding the SP.
