Sorry - me again ha ha! Planning my next month and thinking of changing things a bit
Hiya, so about 4dpo and dtd 2 to 3 days before Ovulation and used alot of replens a few hours before dtd and was very shallow, so much so that most of it was in my underwear after jumping and dumping. Anyway, Im hoping Im not pregnant as that cycle I didnt give 100% so feel its not a good enough sway. This has me analysing my plan and has made me think the following:
Im considering waiting till March now but doing the LE diet in the meantime, and then the IG diet for the remaining 6 weeks, although if I wait till March I would ideally fall pregnant quickly so if I think this wont happen then I may just try for 0+12 in the meantime which I dont think would be successful for us at all as I looked for signs this time and wouldnt have worked well at all. But - Im liking the results of 0+12 and my PH normally does rise before Ovulation so think this is worth a shot through January/February but after a good abstinance and shallow. Then from March maybe dtd just before ovulation but drop the replens or at least use a minimum amount as I agree diet is most important so I would have given that my 100% so its worth increases the chances of pregnancy because I gave it my best, so would probably lay still for a few mins after dtd before jump and dumping. The reason for waiting is because although I want a 3rd, realistically the bigger age gap the better right now, and I still have the season thing in my head, I will also have a few days of food cheating around Christmas so want to do a good diet after then incase those days effect it.
Im also wondering what else I can try to lower PH inside out as around Ovulation it peeked to a 7 even with replens, wondering if a little Cranberry would help although do understand that would add nutrients to the sway ..........I drank tons of diet coke and barely ate anything other than pasta really so not sure why it didnt drop.
Also want to do as much as I can to lower testosterone, took s.palmetto but feel maybe I should do a bit more next time as I have PCOS and want to get this down to a minimum so it doesnt go against my sway. And maybe waiting for a couple of cycles for the diet effect and supps to kick in may help my sway.
The other factor is Im due to see fertility specialist end of Feb as I suspected a lp defect and saw them before for PCOS, but Im going to try to push that appointment back a couple of months if lp is ok as I dont want to see them whilst swaying as I think other people should have that appointment instead of me whilst Im actually reducing my chances of conceiving on purpose.
