I thought ACV is acidic. Then why do we need to drink it when ttc for boy.

ACV like lemon juice are acidic liquids but after they are consumed they have an alkalinizing effect on the body. (keeping the body's natural ph up)

:agree: It reacts chemically in your body to create alkalinity even tho it's acidic to start with. Some things have alkaline byproducts after digestion and some have acidic ones, even if they were the opposite in their natural state.
