Help with swaying please

Hi All,

I am 27 with 3 beautiful boys and we have decided that we will sway for a girl in March. With my ds3 we did do a cut off which didnt work.

I am currently tracking my temp and using cheapie OPK tests. We are going to go for O+12 in March fx'd.

I have read so much about swaying my head is just over run with info i dont know what im doing :confused:

For our sway we are going to start a diet in Jan not strict girl diet but less calories no chocs, sweets etc. Cut out red meat and i will drink more milk etc.

I want to start testing my ph and make the neccesary changes but not sure if i can do this as when i have tried to locate my cervix, i cant :worry: (i cant locate my cervix) I have read that the Ph is abig part of swaying and im worried i wont be able to do anything if i cant test it??!!

We will take suppliments but im not sure which to use, if anyone can point me in right direction that would be great. Dh is happy to take supps also.

We will be trying for O+12 with abstaining and one try, no big O for me with shallow release.

This maybe a loose sway but will it be enough do you think? Is there anything else we could do to better our chances? I dont understand the whole ions and moon thing so wont be doing any of that.
I will start to purchase suppliments and thing soon when i know which to get. Im so excited to actually be doing it but scared at the same time, its so much to take in i confuse myself so easily.

Now i know we will be doing it i am also finding it hard to wait till march.

Do know that we dont' give the same advice in some areas as some other swaying websites but all our info makes sense and is supported by good sense and science, even if it contradicts with other sites. It seems confusing at first.

(Example, I am not convinced about calcium swaying pink (altho I support anyone who wants to use it), and I do not like O+12 because I think it prevents people from conceiving. However, if you're only 27 and not in a big hurry to conceive, it is something you can play around with because there are not time constraints on getting pg.

I have been reading up on swaying pink all evening and taking notes...lol! I got lots of info from your signature are you baffled as that was totally me :bigsmile:

Somethings are now starting to make more sense and the way you have set it all out is alot more user friendly then other sites.

My mai concern at the minute is testing my PH, the prob i have is i cannot locate my cervix. I have tried a few times unsuccessfully and when i had smear test it took 3 nurses over 2 days and about 30-40 mins of them messing about in my flower iykwim (sorry tmi)
If they couldnt find it with speculum big light etc i really dont hold much hope for me finding itto test my cm but i read that if you find it difficult you could purchase a diva or instead cup and pop it in for hour ir so and then test the content. Is this correct and would it work and will it give accurate reading??

I will prob have lots more questions but this is my main one at the min!
