What an idiot! I started b6 as my luteal was 9 days last month, and forgot to continue it after ovulation. Just got a positive today at 9dpo and read a post from atomic saying to continue or if I stop it too taper off it but I forgot, feel so careless now!
Wonder if I should take one tonight? Arghh!
