Help me sway pink

Hi,
I am a new for this site, and sorry of my English, I am from Lithuania. I ttc pink from new year (2019) and I want few advices help for me.

I have a boy 1.5 year old. When I ttc him, the gender was no matter, we BD every day or two days all my cycle after AF. I did OPK, temperetature test, so I know we catch him with DB 1 day till ov, thru ov and day after ov.
Now I want to try my husband abstain 7-10 days, but I don't trust method O+12, so what we can do? BD when OPK is likely positive? or 3-4 days until ov? My cycle is short.

I change my menu. My BMI is 17 all my life, I eat everything, earlier I ate a lot of meat, salt snacks, bananas every days. Now I drink milk, kefir, eating curd, no breakfast. Ca, mg, cranberries, vit C. Is that good? I drink no coffee, no tea or juice, only water, sometimes red bull because I am studing, but I think it's not very bad?

I want more info about ph? What about lime douche before or after BD?

Yes I want you to have just one unprotected attempt a positive OPK. I'm with you, I don't trust O+12 either! Or cutoffs. The important thing is that one attempt.

Personally I got boys doing the high dairy diets. We have a different diet that we use here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...l-version.html But it is up to you - you have to do what you feel comfortable with.

We have found coffee to be a strong pink sway. I have an explanation about that here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...s-swaying.html I can't recommend Red Bull due to all the vitamins in it. Vitamin pills and drinks may sway blue.

Thanks you for answer. I studied a lot of information on this site and I begin to drink diet coke (no more red bulls). Also I will try antihistamines befor BD.
Today I checked my CM PH (I'll have O in two days), it is about 6. I tried lime douche twice, it shown ph 5. I will read more about this because I am a little sad with this results. Also I will try jump and dump method.

Can you help me to find sucsessfull sways pink stories? I can't find. Thanks a lot.

pH testing has not worked for us. Many of us on here, myself included, got pH opposites and now most of us don't even bother. I got a boy with pH in the 4's and my girl without even testing at all.

pH of 5 is still pink friendly though. NO one can get pregnant with pH below that. You should not be trying for very low pH of the 2's or 3's or even low 4 range, you won't conceive.
