Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I am a major meat eater, so I went vegetarian which was the biggest shift for me. I had meat probably 4 times in 14 weeks so it was very rare. I also never snacked which was very different for me as well.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes. I didn’t eat until 12 pm most days.
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes. He also ran every day. He was very supportive as he wanted a girl as well.
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He went mostly vegetarian with me, which was a challenge for him because he was on the Keto diet! But he managed.
DId you consume alcohol?
Yes. 3-4x a week on average. Mostly Gin as it’s my favorite. My DH also drank with me. Probably more than I did. We also smoked pipes all summer. I kinda miss it now! 😂
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Nope. I had plenty of coffee. I’m usually a one cup day girl. I was drinking about three cups a day. Plus a few diet drinks.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
weight was 117. BMI: 20.7. I was 126 starting and a 22 BMI. So I lost just a little under ten lbs. Definitely my lowest adult weight.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I dropped weight lifting classes and focused completely on running and dance fitness. I was running or dancing at least an hour every day. Sometimes longer.

Had planned one attempt but i ended up ovulating a little later than planned so we tried again on ovulation day. If it was the ovulation day that took we caught the egg right at the end. But Not sure which one actually took so who knows!

Did you Jump and Dump?
Yes. I’ve never jumped out of bed so fast! I also took a hot bath right after. I honestly was hoping for the first month to just be a half hearted try. But it worked much to my surprise!
Any relevant attempt details?
No big O this time. Definitely had one for all my boys. Not sure if that helped but it was different than normal. I was also really dry due to the Clomid I think.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The vegetarian, no snacking diet. I was very committed. Although I did not over obsess and had some epic cheat meals a few times. I was also really committed to cardio every day as well as having Clomid.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I think just the fact that I had three boys made me nervous. M
