Omega 3 ingredients :)

Hi Atomic my dear!. Have this omega 3 supplement since it has added vitamin D. Wanted to ask my doc about the non medicinal ingredients in it but not able to get in until next Wednesday.. If you happen to know are these ingredients ok in pregnancy or should I not use it? From what I googled about the ingredients I think it’s ok but not sure. If your iffy about it I can ask my doctor as well but was hoping to start it soon. Thanks ❤️Attachment 40843

Yes I can't recommend that one. Green tea extract and monkfruit are meant to help you lose weight and I don't think either are acceptibly safe during pregnancy (green tea extract in particular, as it may block folic acid absorption)

Can you find one without that other stuff?

And that's also quite a high dose, I prefer you guys stick in the 500 range.
