I have not been able to find a concrete detailed list of what and what not to eat to conceive a baby girl anywhere. Can someone please tell me what I should and shouldn’t be eating if I want to sway girl? Thank you.

I’m pretty sure all foods are allowed on LE diet. It’s more about calorie content, when you eat, no snacking, higher in carbs, and so on. If you haven’t used it yet, I think that you might find more information in the complete index. I use the link in Atomic’s signature.
Yep there no foods you can or can't eat, as far as I know the things you should try to avoid are highly fortified things like breakfast cereal, some protein bars, nutritional shakes, etc.
I wouldn't worry so much about "which foods to eat" just focus on staying within the limits for calories, fat, and protein and eating 2-3 meals daily+avoiding snacking

That's because there are no magic foods - we take a different approach that it's the overall nutrient content of your diet that matters and not any magic foods (since NO ONE was eating just cranberries and rice cakes and getting girls that way in the real world.)
