is it iron pills sway ?!

We don't know - if they sway, they likely sway blue, but you should only take extra iron if you have anemia. Taking iron when you don't need it can be harmful to your health.

All blue swayers should take a good multivitamin like ONe a Day (with no megadoses or weird herbs in it) and that will have a good amount of iron for every day use in there.
