LE Diet w/ comments about weight loss

I'm getting alot of comments lately regarding my weightloss. A couple friends I hadn't seen in a while even called me anorexic! Very rude and uncalled for...anyhoo....

They haven't every even known me prior to pregnancy/nursing/ miscarrying, getting baby weight off etc and my DS3 and this next baby will be the farthest I ever had them and so I've nevver really had a chance to lose weight....kwim? ANYHOO....sorry to justify myself!

I'm 5'4" and weight 127 first thing in the morning right now. All I'm really doing is maintaining a 4 pound loss I had a couple months ago after having a stressful illness with one of my boys.

I checked my bmi online and it's perfectly 'normal' at 21.5....

Anyone else getting comments? No one knows I'm swaying and I'd never tell them....but I almost feel like I need to go into hiding until I get prego!!!!

I plan on sticking to the LE diet but maintaining where I'm at b/c this is the lowest pre-conception weight I'll have been at anyway....

No, they do....but they all have weight to lose....I'm kinda wondering if it's slightly jealous. I look damn good and FEEL good!

maybe it is jealousy then! especially if they are holding on to some baby weight

It is totally jealousy. I was overweight for awhile and physically even though I wasn't super big, my body just can't handle it and so I lost down to a normal level - people went on and on about how terrible I looked! But I felt a million times better and healthier!

Thank you girls!!!!!! I'm eating a little more cals and fat than the LE diet anyway, until I get closer and am more strict, so I can maintain the loss.....I just feel sooo good. Energetic!!!! Everything FITS!

There's gonna be some MAJOR jealously when I look so dang good with my 3 handsome boys AND a beautiful baby girl ;)!

Well I'm overweight and will stay overweight for a few months because of new bub growing, but everyone outside of my immediate family says i look fine (I am matronly looking, but my DH says I carry the weight well...isn't he a good DH? hehe), but it's my one sister in particular who is drumming up trouble about my weight saying "how heavy" I have gotten and how I look like I'm wearing a "fat suit."

Really, I have found that people talk no matter what....whether you're skinny, right sized, fat, etc etc....people will always look towards you and find sometime to judge, because it makes them feel better about themselves

Best advice I have is jut to ignore them and know their jealous of your slimmed down figure :)
