Trying to post sway

I am trying to post my sway but when I click this link it keeps telling me I am not logged in? What am I doing wrong?

you just have to log in again. Once you reenter your your user name and password it takes you to the form that will enter your information.

We have that glitch sometimes, and all you need to do is just sign in again and it's fine.
