I have been doing the LE diet for the past 4 weeks and exercising about 4 times a week for an hour. I got what I thought was my period a few days ago, which would have been 2 days early. It was a bit of light pink spotting and a couple heavier amounts of light pink blood. It lasted about 6 hours and stopped. I figured it would come back, but hasn’t yet. I have never skipped ovulation (other than when breastfeeding), but is this a sign that I didn’t ovulate? I have never had such a light, short period. They are usually regular and last a few days.
I haven’t lost any weight, but naturally have a low weight and am around 18.5 BMI. I’m going to track my ovulation this next month (will be my first time trying this) to see what happens.
