Tell me more about being run down. Describe what's going on?
Vit. C is really nothing great. If you're feeling poorly there are things you may need to add to your sway diet but it's unlikely that Vit C is one of those things.
It's fine if you'd like to try it, it may sway somewhat blue, but I'm more worried that it's a misdiagnosis of a fixable problem that we could easily correct for.
I just seem to be picking up colds very easily and also I'm very tired very low energy alot of the time .I was wondering if there is anything I could add naturally to my diet to help boost my health and also help with my sway .

Let's try iron instead. 18-30 mg daily for 2 weeks. If you find it's making you feel way better, then take it every day for 6 weeks then go to a 3x a week maintenance dose. If you don't think it's making you feel better, then go to the 3x a week maintennce dose right away. and after the 6 weeks, if you go to 3x a week and you feel worse again, go back to the daily.
Thanks will try that and see how I get on

Keep me posted, if you don't feel better we'll try adding in Vit. D and B12 too but those sway strongly blue so let's see how it goes with iron.
Thanks I will. I knew vitamin d did sway more for blue so had been trying to avoid using it so That's why I said I'd ask the question . Thanks again
