40 and need some help with sway please

Hi.I'm 40 and dh is 41. We have one dd who will be 15 in 2 weeks. We also have a ds13, ds 3, & ds 1 (all of whom are the loves of my life). I am however desperate for one more dd. I am just coming off a surprise pregnancy that sadly ended at 6 weeks in miscarriage. Here is my dilemma. My midwife said I will be most fertile these next few weeks/months. I want to ttc again ASAP. I'm guessing my CBD ov predictor will be off because of miscarriage so not really sure when I'd start to test. My second issue is the diet. I've been pretty strict with it. It's only been 10 days but I started it at 115 lbs (i'm) 5'7" I am now 110/ 109. I'm starting to get those " you're so thin how could you even carry a baby" comments. I have warm air humidifier and small Homedics waterfall next to bed. Lavender fills my room,shower,deodorant and baths. I have beeswax candles, rose quartz and ion bracelet. My husband is calling me a witch doctor in a mean way and I'm already sad and upset about losing that surprise gift pregnancy. I'm also on calcium and mag,baby aspirin,B6, and cranberry tabs. Time is not my friend here ladies, I'll be 41 in April. I feel the need to say I will love any baby but another dd after three boys will just be the cherry on my sundae. I will feel complete. I don't have a sister and it's a huge void in my life. Even though the age difference would be significant it would still be a sister for dd. Sorry to ramble but I need help from girls who get it. Dh is semi supportive so is taking super strength cran and licorice root. Should I just continue the things I'm doing and just bd often (after hot showers/ baths ;). Should I add the store bought douche,Rplens or Rephresh ( I have them all). My Hannah tester will be here by Wednesday should I wait to test ph? Any and all advice is welcome and needed. Hi and welcome! Being 40 shouldn't be an obstacle, you're more likely to have a girl being a mature mom :agree: FYI, I'm 39.

Also first cycle after m/c sways pink strongly so go for it!!!!
Lot's of DH's here are semi -supportive or not supportive at all, or unsure ( like my DH) so rely on yourself, and if he's willing to take supps, that's a big bonus!

Just want to say welcome and sorry for your loss. I hope you are soon blessed with a rainbow baby, specifically a pink one!

I agree with your midwife, you need to TTC fast to capitalize on the bump in fertility after your m/c. It may even help sway pink for you. I do not believe timing sways in any real way http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...le-timing.html and I strongly urge you to BD several times in yoru fertile window - O-3, o-2, O-1, O day, and day after O in case you release 2 eggs and miss the first.

I wouldn't douche, just use the RepHresh because it accomplishes the exact same thing.
