I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm thinking about getting an OPK and I'm curious to see which ones are recommended.
Any advice on using them? After all I've been reading on this forum I'm pretty sure I'm going to ditch my cutoff plan and try BD on O. I am charting bbt and cm and wanted to add an OPK and would like to get one ahead of time to practice. Also, my cycle length varies a little from about 32-36 days. I feel the OPK will give me more confidence in my timing =0) Thanks!
most people buy a load of internet cheapies (because they're so cheap you don't feel you're wasting them if you use more), and then confirm a positive result with a proper test if the result is a bit questionable! unfortunately questionable results are quite common with ICs, but using them in that way does mean you save money rather than repeatedly peeing on expensive tests
I start early with the ICs (CD9-10), when I start to see a second line I do two per day
I like the IC's (internet cheapies) because you can POAS as much as you want to without feelign like you have to preserve them like they're made of gold or something. They seem to work well enough!
