Hoping nub is clear enough to predict gender!!

This is baby no.4, I have 3 girls. Ultrasound taken at 12+0 and dont know if it's clear enough. If so, would love some guesses please

Unfortunately baby is turned away just enough that the lower part of the body and nub area is not visible. Do you have any other pics?
