About to start swaying for a girl!

Hi there!

I have been reading a lot of your posts but just want to clarify a few things for my piece of mind.

1) I am currently on CD 5 and usually ovulate around day 21. If I start the LE diet now, will that give me enough time to actually attempt a good sway? I am 5'7" and 125 pounds so I don't have a lot of weight to lose.

2) If we do just one attempt during my fertile window... what should we be doing as far as DH release up to the attempt? Should he abstain totally until then, or how frequently should we be BD together or him releasing on his own for optimal chances of conceiving a girl??

We have found that 2 weeks on LE Diet has not gotten good results. If there's any way to postpone to get to at least 6 weeks (so, next cycle) I would recommend that.

If DH is under 35 he can abstain for 7-10 days, if he's over 35 and he CAN do this, then he should release daily for 7-10 days prior to one attempt. If he can't do that, have him either do regular release every 2-4 days or just let him "do what he does"

I would advise 12 weeks on LE diet, diet is the best sway! Good luck
