nub - boy or girl

hello, i came to this forum because i tried to figure out the nub theory.
i had an ultrasound yesterday, and i think there is a picture, which really is useful. i have an idea, but i'm not sure if i'm right (of course, its still not 100%).
can you see it? and is it rather clear, or not really?
