Can you help me to find the nub?

Hi!
I''m so confused about my ultrasound that I'm not even trying to guess if it's a boy or a girl. I simply can't find the nub! I uploaded my video on YouTube because I couldn't take any screenshot showing properly a nub image. Could you help me?
Baby's position turns easier to see at 4:50, before it he/she is kind of "head over heels".

Think it looks flat so maybe a girl.. could only see the nub briefly though right at the end of the video
