DIET

Did you follow a diet plan? Yes! I did the PCOS LE diet and I was mostly vegetarian. (I also fasted from 5pm until around 11-12)

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes! I only had coffee with unsweetened almond milk around 9-10

Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes. He completely cut out red meat and really decreased his overall meat intake.

DId you consume alcohol?
Yes. One glass of wine most nights

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drank a minimum of 2 cups of coffee every day (I had little to no coffee with my boys)

Any Diet details
I didn't lose much weight. I maintained. I worry that my fat intake was on the upper levels of ok but my protein was consistently very low.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I stuck to the diet for just over 3 months

Didn't plan on doing 2 attempts but when I checked and OPK was still negative 3 days after initial attempt I decided to try it after a positive OPK right before we went on a trip.

Any additional supplement info? I made sure to avoid dairy and anything fortified. I also had cinnamon with one of my cups of coffee.

Things that make me feel nervous about my sway:

2 attempts, was my fat intake too high, wasn't losing weight.. I'm really nervous about it now that the die is cast and thinking of everything I could have done better..


Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Being mostly vegetarian and replacing milk with almond milk
Drinking wine and tons of coffee.
An hour of cardio daily
Cutting way back on my protein intake
Feeling super laid back/not stressing myself out about my sway
How different my lifestyle was from previous pregnancy attempts.

Things worth mentioning:
My current pregnancy symptoms are very different from my previous pregnancy. Also, according to my 7 week ultrasound the ramzi method says girl (for whatever little that may be worth.) I also feel at peace with whatever ends up happening.
