Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I used to eat meat with dinner every night and snack consistently throughout the day. I also drank tea and energy drinks.
I basically went vegetarian, only having meat very occasionally and in very small amounts. I switched to coffee even though I’ve always hated it. Haha. I was trying to have 2-3 cups a day. I also tried to have 1 alcoholic drink a night with dinner when the kids were in bed. I only ever used to drink on special occasions so all of these things were pretty big changes.

About 4.5 months

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Yes

Did DH change his diet with you?

No

Comments regarding DH's diet-

No changes to his diet. I tried to get him on OLE capsules but he was quite lazy taking them so I doubt they had any effect.

DId you consume alcohol?

• Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Skipped breakfast
No snacking
2-3 meals a day
1800 calories a day. But upped it to 2100 when I couldn’t afford to lose anymore weight

I’d already started losing all my baby weight from my 2 boys in July last year. I had lost 7kg before starting the diet and lost another 7kg while on the LE diet and exercise plan.
I walked as much as I could most days. Some days I was unable to get the full 60 mins in, but most days I got to the target.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

All huge changes from when I conceived my boys
Also I was at my lowest weight in 5 years!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I only walked, I didn’t run due to a bad knee and ankle from my sports days.

Things worth mentioning:

I’m really comfortable that I’ve done everything within my power to get a girl, so if it’s another boy I’m content that it’s just what is meant to be and I won’t have to wonder what if I had done something differently.
