So confused by past and present cycle....help

Hi! I feel overwhelmed by all this swaying again. I'm definitely less stressed than when I was on IG and got two opposites but still feel a bit crazy. I thought we were Done after last ds (making that 4 kids). I just couldn't let go of wanting another baby, specifically a dd. I started charting my cycles in August. It was a 34 day cycle, September 34 day cycle, October 31 day cycle but was in Disney and Dis cruise for 10 days so I think I was just thrown off. December was a 29 day cycle then I got my early bfp on New Years Day. I started to bleed on what would be day 34 for January. I'm 40, close to 41 so I think my cycles are just getting funky.

This cycle is SO confusing. I am absolutely dry as of today cd14. Dh is doing FR but it's getting old and he's struggling at 41, desn't like the"pressure". My OPK's are getting darker but still no
Positive. I usually have some cm and often times tons of cm. Could the LE diet, Rephresh, aspirin, Saw Palmetto or all the diet coke with extra Equal cause any of this dryness? Do you think I'm going to O later after chemical? Maybe closer to cd 20? I got some great advice from Atomic and would also like to know what all of you think. I plan to bd through O. I think with our age and all the other swaying it's our best chance at getting this little girl. My last two babies were in 09 and 10. I am just praying hard that I have a few good eggs left for this attempt.

I have a very similar cycle to you, i have been charting for 8 months now and they range from 29 days to 41 days averaging 34 days, i think we are just unlucky there to have such variences, i don't think it is an age thing, i am 32 and have had these weird length cycles forever.

I have put my DP on a schedule of releasing every second day and he too is feeling the pressure, he even said i have taken the fun out of it, so i have been trying to spice it up a bit more lately and it seems to be working.

I'd say you should O around CD20 just like me, last month my cycle was 34 days and FF pinpointed it at CD20. Any supps we take can effect our CM, i know you have some syllk to use and that would definatly help.

I posted something similar to you yesterday or the day before - normally have quite a bit of CM but this cycle I'm really dry... I do think it's the LE diet, although I've been on it quite a while and not had this before. I'm taking it as a good sign that the diet is working!

this is your first cycle since your MC? that could have thrown your hormones off/delayed OV

have you thought about trying "compressed FR" if your DH struggles with the daily FR?

Yes, LE Diet and SP can cause dryness because your estrogen is going down a bit.

Hey, I personally am not into the "diet coke with extra equal" stuff as done on IG. I think that dietary levels of aspartame 2-3 soda sized amounts per day, are PLENTY. We don't know what the risks really are and so I think it best to stick with the amount the FDA suggests as safe during pg.
