what do you do about calories burned from exercise and daily calories?
hey, do you count the calories you've burned through exercise and deduct it from your daily calorie intake?
I managed an hour of walking today with the boys at a leisurely pace and my fitness pal says I have burned 187 calories.
It automatically adds it to my total calories allowed for the day. I'm aiming to eat 1500-1800 calories a day but I am wondering if I should ignore the extra calories and stick to 1500-1800?
hope this makes sense!
