SP drastically changing cycle?

This passed month was the first to take SP from AF-o. I posted posted b/f that I bought the wrong kind, but didn't realize it until after I took it. It's NOT liquid and is 450mg. I am going to get the correct dose this month...

I got AF today....a week early. It seems like I o'd more like CD14, not 22 (one of my boys took my thermometer off my nightstand and I CANNOT find the darn thing....but I did have 1 hight temp after CD 14)....and I got AF on CD 26. My cycles are usually 30-32 days.

My temps in general were higher prior o compared to past months.

Any of you ladies have this experience. I'm not taking vitex yet.

SP can totally change your cycle. People seem to be having better luck keeping cycles regular with both the SP and the vitex so maybe once you add that back in, it will get normal again. Or it may just be you need a cycle to adjust.

How sure are you that you oed? We need to make sure your LP is ok and that it's not getting affected by the SP.
