After 2 boys I desperately wanted a girl but have had all boy guesses and a boy lean on strictly nub on Facebook. Of course I’ll be delighted whatever but is that white thing definitely the nub? Are all my girl hopes dashed ? I find out tomorrow at a private scan as I’m now 16 weeks. This was at 12+1.
I’m not convinced that’s a boy nub actually. Probably too early to tell though in that scan. I am hoping you hear some pink news tomorrow! Keep us updated.

Right at 12 weeks is a bit early for nub guess so you still have a chance at pink. Good luck!

I knew if that white thing was the nub I’d be out as it well and truly sticks up and from what I’ve researched- although the gestation is early, it’s unlikely a boy nub will turn girl whereas a girl looking nub could rise?
I wonder what made the ladies on Facebook and baby forums all lean and guess boy (10/10 guesses) unless they are seeing it as the nub and it’s not? I guess to me the whole scan does look boy-ish..?
Anyway - you’ve given me hope I still have a shot at pink. If it’s a boy I have 24 weeks to get excited 😊 12 hours til I find out..
