Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I've been on weight watchers for the past 11 weeks. On the purple plan so I can eat as many vegetables fruits eggs chicken and turkey breast as I want to fill me up and seafood. I didn't count protein but it looks like I had 50 - 60 grams a day when I enter my food dairy onto my fitness pal. I'm breastfeeding also

Comments regarding DH's diet- Dh skips breakfast and eats at lunch time usually something unhealthy and on the go . He drinks a lot of soft drink during the day has one beer at night. He smokes
DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I tried to stick to my 19 points daily on weight watchers I wanted to loose a little bit more weight before our attempt and go on supplements etc to try and increase our chance of a little girl and giving it the best shot we could
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I didn't drink any diet drinks . I had two coffees in the morning with soy milk drank red wine at night and sometimes skipped dinner
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I'm 173cm and weighted 66kg at the time of ovulation I'd dropped abit of weight I started around 71kg / 72kg
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I haven't done much exercise but I do run after the kids and doing housework

BD Dates according to Ovulation
Any additional comments? My cycles are 35 /36 days I track religiously on my Fitbit app
I had my AF November 24th 2019 - 29 November 2019 ....
When I look up typical ovulation dates it says a woman with a 36-day cycle will ovulate between day 20 and day 24.
We dtd on the 24th so it looks like I could of conceived after ovulation

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I was loosing weight.
I got quite a strong positive
I'm feelings quite nauseous already
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I didn't track protein or fat I could of gone over

I wasn't as strict as I was with my daughter 😭
This was quite a big shock and I have a feeling it's a boy . But wanted to share just incase some miracle it was a girl
