Hello! After Two boys my heart ACHES for a daughter.... Hubby leaves end of February for work.. so I am going to try and conceive First Week of February.. I’m New to the Group, and I really could use ANY & ALL the help & advice!! I did read that you should “BD” a couple days before ovulation & no more after. I’m scared that I could miss my egg doing that? I’m so confused.

That idea to have sex days before ovulation doesn't work. It's been totally debunked (and you can read about that here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...le-timing.html) and most of us on here have opposites doing things that way (I have FOUR!) The thing that actually sways is one attempt, for reasons we can only guess at. I would suggest having your one attempt at first positive OPK or the day before O since that's the best day for conception with one attempt.
I got my boys with more than one attempt (and 3 of them using that "cutoff" timing that supposedly sways pink) and then my girl with one attempt and boy timing.
So whenever someone is doing a last minute sway, the best thing you can do is have just one attempt!!
