Exercise
Hi everyone, I had a chemical last month, and decided to think things thru if I wanted to sway again.
I decided I do and we really want one more baby before my youngest dd gets older and DH lol.
I am a busy mom of four, but since I gained a few pounds I’m around 118 I’m 5”6 but would like to loose even 5 pounds. I plan on jogging 4-5 days a week. I want to join the gym , but if I do I know I’ll do the weight machines, since I hate cardio. I know weights sway boy, so I was wondering if I would try to jog 4-5 days a week and do some length strength exercises at home, would that sway boy? Such as squats etc? I’m getting to the point it’s now or never to have another baby, since DH just turned 44.
So I am going to give it my all.

your BMI is already below my cutoff of 21 (you are at BMI 19). I think you should hold steady where you are.
Do you prefer walking to jogging? Would that be easier for you? I would have you walk rather than jog for exercise, since you dislike cardio, and skip the weights. No need to join a gym.

I’m thinking doing both jog for a bit then walk, I’m in Illinois so right now it chilly, I even plan during school taking my dd to malls etc to get some walking in

Just be sure you're eating enough to keep weight on with the exercise!

I’ve decided to cut out as much sugary foods and drinks as possible, I did this with my sway for my dd. Pop tarts some days for lunch are a go for me since I have no time. Thinking if replacing it with a bagel or English muffin, to avoid more sugar. Not sure if pop tarts would keep my blood sugar high for long period of time.

Sugary things only keep your blood sugar high if you have PCOS. Otherwise you can have them.
-
^^^And btw - for the most part english muffins and bagels are equally bad for blood sugar since they're white flour. An English muffin with jelly, for instance, is just as bad for raising blood sugar as a pop tart.

I don’t have pcos thanks for the tip, I’m sure it fine then. I just don’t want to be eating a ton of sugary items

That's fine! Just didn't want you to think it was necessary for your sway, especially given your already low weight.
