Please. PLEASE someone give me their successful directions on using acijel. How much.......how soon before.......how much after and how long.
And I read rephresh is good as well......itll keep the mans Ph down. But when do I use that BEFORE THE ACIJEL. please heml me. I dont want to get it wrong.......PLEASEEEEEEE ASAP.
Hello C, the swaying advice over her is very different but very succesful :) I believe the ladies are not using the PH as any sort of guide to gender, but instead focusing on mums body condition, Im sure somebody more knowledgable will be along soon:)
Hi, unfortunately I'm not more knowledgeable. But as far as I know ph doesn't work. If you really are that desperate, is IVF maybe an option? Or adoption?

I've read to many success stories with acijel. Infant find your best advise with it atomic. I think u said refresh the night before and a pea sized amount 20 mins before. And a little afterwards.

Honestly I don’t think gels work, for me it was sticking to the le diet that was most important. I am on the le diet again. Fiber, coffee, folic acid, and one attempt seem to be the best results. I dropped all gels and conceived my dd. Planning on doing the same this time around. Best of luck
