I tried to drink my coffee with almond milk instead of normal milk as there are so so many successful sways using almond milk. I had the "pure" almond milk without added sugar and I just can't drink it. To me it tastes like plastic. What kind of almond milk do you guys drink? Maybe there's a brand that tastes a little better...
Or would it be okay to use almond milk with a little bit added sugar on the PCOS diet? Or just eat some almonds instead? [emoji85]
